PROPERTY SERVICES DIVISION
As an absentee owner prior to moving to Ruidoso, I experienced some of the
same concerns about my property you may have. Is my property safe? Does my
property need maintenance? Are quality repairs and maintenance being
completed. These concerns inspired me to add the Property Services Division
to RealWest Services.
HOUSE WATCH SERVICE
I can tailor a program to provide home security checks on a basis that will
provide you peace of mind, whether it be every other week, monthly, quarterly or
a different time period that you choose. I can provide an outside or
inside/outside check. Each time I'll email you a report detailing the date, time,
checking doors, windows, list any items out of the ordinary, suggested
maintenance items and any other area you are concerned about.
HANDYMAN SERVICE
Whether you are a homeowner or a Real Estate Professional I can help.
For Real Estate Professionals, I can help your clients to prepare their house for
sale, to perform repairs designated by the buyer and even maintain a vacant
house during the selling process. For rental properties, I can help with repairs
and maintenance issues that come up.
For homeowners, no job is too small. From minor repairs, to home upgrades or
even pine needle removal and landscape work, I do it all.
I have full liability insurance coverage and hold New Mexico Handyman
Certificate #3205.
